In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, our Robotics teams, Golden Tiercelet and Ultron Unit, have been working hard to build this season’s FIRST Tech Challenge robot to participate in regional and state competitions.
Even before Coronavirus, students joined the Robotics Club for a challenge and this year, they had an ultimate challenge.
With reduced workshop time, reduced number of students in the building, keeping 6 feet distance while building a robot, navigating remote learning obstacles and family challenges they stand strong and overcome every problem with an open heart and a big smile.
We started our first virtual competition which will last for a week. Students will safely participate in the competition using online communication tools like Zoom and Discord and will submit a detailed Engineering Notebook showcasing their process.
